Lads to Leaders Student Registration Form

  • A "No" selection will NOT register you for the official Lads to Leaders Convention. A "Yes" will officially register you for the convention.

  • If this is your first year to attend the Lads convention with Madison, please select yes.

  • T-shirts are an additional $16 ($18 for 2XL+). Please leave blank if you do not wish to purchase a T-shirt at this time. T-shirts can be purchased at the event instead.

    • Pre-Convention Events

    These are the events that must be completed and uploaded to the Lads website
    by February 10, 2025.

  • Red Coat Award

    Please read the official Lads rulebook on page 6 for details. Only register if you have completed the requirements and plan to receive the award this year.

    Selection will be made from those interested in carrying in the Madison Banner at the beginning of the Friday Awards Ceremony. 3-6 grade only.

    • Year-Round Events

    These are the events that one works on from convention end until the registration due date of the following convention. Must be completed and verified by 2/10/25.

  • Bronze = 100 verses in any number of sittings
    Silver = 100 verses, 50 per sitting
    Gold = 100 verses in one sitting
    Deca = 1000 verses within a 10 year period
